87JILI Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1 Introduction

Failure to complete verification may delay or block withdrawals.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 87JILI are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and other supported e-wallets are credited to your 87JILI wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable — see Section 4.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• All deposit-based bonuses at 87JILI carry a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover"). This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiple is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money are held separately in your 87JILI wallet. Real money is always wagered first; bonus funds are drawn upon only after real money is exhausted, unless stated otherwise.
• 87JILI reserves the right to cancel or reclaim bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: using a bonus to place low-risk, high-coverage bets; coordinating with other accounts; or systematically exploiting bonus structures.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• Free bets and sports betting bonuses apply to specific markets and minimum odds as stated in each offer. Winnings from free bets are returned as cash, not free bets, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all casino games and sports bets placed through 87JILI. Specific game rules are published within each game interface or sports market.

Casino Games

• All RNG (random number generator) games at 87JILI use certified software from licensed game providers. Results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by 87JILI or any player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing limits before placing wagers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 87JILI systems will record the game state at the point of disconnection. If a round was already in progress, the result will be determined by the game server and credited or deducted accordingly.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to 87JILI's published odds at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — if the odds change between click and confirmation, you will be notified and may accept or decline the revised odds.
• Bets on postponed events: if an event is postponed and does not restart within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets on abandoned events: if an event is abandoned before completion of the minimum duration required to stand (typically 80 minutes for football, 60 minutes for basketball), bets will be voided unless the result is already determined.
• 87JILI reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a human or technical error. Players will be notified and stakes returned within 24 hours.
• Maximum payout on any single sports bet is ₱5,000,000 unless specifically approved in advance by 87JILI management.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87JILI platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or tools of any kind to access, play, or interact with the 87JILI platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain without reporting them to 87JILI support.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account — including allowing another person to use your account.
• Using the 87JILI platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits that were genuinely made and processed. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Attempting to access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Sharing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 87JILI platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 87JILI content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 87JILI software or game.
• Use the 87JILI brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 87JILI's liability to any player arising from or related to the use of our platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

87JILI shall not be liable for:

10 Account Suspension and Closure

87JILI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• A player is showing signs of problem gambling and self-exclusion or account closure is in their best interest.
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, a court order, or other regulatory body.
• The account holder is under the minimum age of 21.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 87JILI may freeze an account and withhold the associated balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, any balance will be forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 87JILI account may contact our support team at any time. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering amounts.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
